Commitment
We believe projects are more likely to succeed when the client or their representative are committed to the task. We are happy to do the work but still require information, direction and communication from the customer to ensure success.
Time
The hallmarks of our work are thoroughness and attention to detail but this takes time. We believe to achieve the best possible result, timescales need to be realistic and agreeable to both parties.
Brief
The more detailed the brief and the clearer the objectives, the more likely we are as a partnership to reach a succesful conclusion.
Payment
If we have met our deadlines as and when agreed by both parties, we expect to be paid the correct amount, on time.
